How long does an ERPNext implementation take?
A standard ERPNext implementation in Pakistan takes 3 to 4 months for most SMEs. Small business deployments covering 2 to 3 modules can go live in 8 to 12 weeks. Enterprise implementations with complex customisation and large data migration typically take 4 to 6 months. Smart Nexus provides a fixed timeline after a free discovery call.
What does the Smart Nexus implementation process look like?
Smart Nexus follows a 4-phase implementation process. Phase 1 is Discovery where we analyse your current processes and define project scope. Phase 2 is Design where we create a detailed blueprint of your ERPNext solution. Phase 3 is Development where we configure, customise and integrate ERPNext. Yes. Smart Nexus builds custom doctypes, workflows, print formats, reports and Frappe apps to tailor ERPNext to your exact requirements. All customisation is built through the Frappe customisation layer so your changes survive version upgrades without breaking. Custom work is quoted as part of the implementation scope or as a standalone engagement.
Does Smart Nexus provide end-user training?
Yes. All Smart Nexus implementation packages include role-based training for every user group in your business. Finance team, warehouse staff, sales team, HR and administrators each receive training on the specific modules and workflows relevant to their role. Training is delivered on your actual ERPNext configuration using your real data. Sessions are recorded for future reference.
What is an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with Smart Nexus?
A Smart Nexus ERPNext Annual Maintenance Contract is a yearly support agreement covering bug fixes, minor customisations within a monthly hour limit, ERPNext version upgrades, helpdesk support with defined response times and user training hours for new staff. AMC packages are available at Basic, Standard and Premium levels depending on your support needs and user count.
Can Smart Nexus integrate ERPNext with our existing systems?
Yes. Smart Nexus integrates ERPNext with a wide range of systems including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, HubSpot, custom CRM systems, banking APIs and legacy ERP platforms. All integrations are built using ERPNext REST API and custom Frappe apps. Integration projects are scoped and priced after a free discovery call.
Does Smart Nexus provide support after go-live?
Yes. All Smart Nexus implementation packages include a post-go-live hypercare period. The Starter package includes 3 months support, Professional includes 6 months and Enterprise includes 12 months. After the included support period ends, ongoing support is available through our Annual Maintenance Contract packages covering bug fixes, upgrades, minor customisations and helpdesk access.
